Coastal and Historic Property Specialist Julie is a native of Atlanta, but has lived in the Golden Isles since 1995, calling both St. Simons Island and Brunswick home. She has been a Realtor in Glynn County since 2006, keeping herself educated in the field and achieving several professional real estate designations. Julie works with both buyers and sellers, which enables her to maintain perspective on all aspects of a transaction. She attempts to carefully navigate each transaction, pays close attention to detail and rigorously follows up, all of which leads to positive, successful outcomes for her clients. Consequently, a large portion of Julie’s real estate business comes from referrals from past clients and friends.

In addition to having a career as a Realtor, Julie currently serves as a third-term Commissioner for the City of Brunswick. That job offers her an excellent opportunity to utilize her real estate knowledge toward revitalization and economic development in Brunswick and the Golden Isles. As a port city, Brunswick’s downtown area and its Historic District provide unique coastal charm and are wonderful historic assets to the community. Julie and husband Mike have a blended family of four adult kids and they live in Brunswick’s Historic District in a fully renovated home built circa 1870. Julie loves selling Brunswick and the Golden Isles not only because of their coastal beauty and relaxed lifestyle, but also because of their incredibly rich history.
