Josh was raised in Fairfax, VA before moving to Pennsylvania where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 1999 from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In January of 2000 he moved to Saint Simons Island to pursue a career in the golf industry, where he immediately fell in love with the charm and great weather on Saint Simons. After getting married to his wife Kelly and the birth of their son Joshua, he changed gears, and returned to school to earn Masters in Business Administration in 2011. Josh then began working in the budget office as an analyst at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC). In addition to his career at FLETC, Josh has always been interested in real estate investing and has purchased his own rental properties on the Island. The purchase (or sale) of a property is a massive personal and financial transaction. “I understand the gravity of this decision and I am committed to being thorough, responsive, and on helping my clients find the ideal solution for their particular situation.” In his free time, Josh enjoys coaching his son’s sports teams. He also loves spending time with his family, reading a good book and playing golf.
